VSQRD Portal is the shared workspace between a sponsor and its CRO. One study, one record, two organisations.
Most of a study's coordination happens in email and attachments. The portal puts the contract, the timeline, the updates and the files in one place both sides can see, and tells each side when the other has done something.
How a study gets there
A sponsor either asks CROs for proposals — on an open board without its name, or only to the CROs it picks — or places the study directly with a CRO it already has. A confidentiality agreement between the two opens the brief.
What is in it
Three things, written down once.
| The contract | Before the study: the terms, the design table, and the checklist of deliverables, each with the shape its file must take. The sponsor freezes it. |
| The record | During the study: milestones, structured updates, the animals registered against their groups, and every email sent. |
| The deliverables | At the end: versioned uploads straight to storage, checked on the way in, accepted or sent back with a note. |
One deployment for everyone
Every CRO and every sponsor is an organisation in the same portal, at portal.vsqrd.com. There is nothing to install and nothing to host. A study is seen by the organisations on it, and by nobody else.
An organisation is not one kind of thing. It runs studies, it commissions them, or both — a CRO that subcontracts its histopathology is the sponsor of that piece of work.
